Date and place were transferred because of enlarging Forum period “Matrix of Modernization” , in accordance with large number of accepted applications. Date: 6-8 of July. Place: Exhibition hall of Moscow Government Building (Moscow, Noviy Arbat 36/9)
Forum “Matrix of Modernization” and Exhibition “Inter-modernization” will be held under the unite title “Modernization Week”.
The main idea of the forum is to discuss President Medvedev's initiative according the economic modernization of Russia. The main objective is to create the communicative platform for projects and offers discussion, answering the modernization idea. The forum can become starting point for idea and initiative development, which is reflected paradigm of Russia's economic development.

International forum “Modernization Week” is an annual meeting, which can become noticeable event at the economic life of our country. Leading experts and scientists at the economic and finance area will take part at the forum. Senior government officials, heads of regions, well-known scientists, culture figures,  public organization figures are also invited. The main section of the forum is Energy efficiency and resource saving. The forum “Modernization week” will become the new form  of wide social popularization the social economic achievements of Russia, government measures realizations at reforming of Russian economy, positive investment climate in our country.  The forum can and must promote the practical help in business development in Russia. The forum must form public training and retraing system of staff under the market conditions. The public expertise will be held of the government programs at the economic and finance area. On this base the recommendations will be made for the superior legislative and  executive authorities.
The main sections of the forum are the five strategy directions of Russia modernization. There are five main sections of the forum: (1) Energy efficiency and rational model of resource consumptions, (2) Nuclear technology and termonuclear synthesis, (3)Space Technology and Communication including GLONASS (Global Navigation Satellite System), (4)Modern Information technologies, (5)Medical Technology and Pharmaceutics.

Exhibition “Inter-modernization”is an annual meeting. There will be innovative ideas and projects, the realization of which will speed up modernization.There will be both small and big innovative enterprises, science and production associations, Russian and foreign high-technology companies from different economic sectors. Visiting the exhibition is free.
The main aim of “Modernization Week” is to unite the managers scientists and specialists, government and public  authorities of Russia,  CIS and distant foreign countries. It will decide the strategy of social and economic development of Russian Federation.
The organizers of the forum said that the leading economic specialists and sciences would take part in the expo forum. The aim of the forum is to unite managers, sciences, specialists, politicians and public figures from Russia and abroad, who would take a decision in strategy and socio-economic development of Russia.
In contrast to other international forums, the expo forum of restarting economic relations “Modernization Week” refers to the effective research of way for the economic growth and finance stabilization of the small and middle business. Within the limits of the Forum must be hold bid  all-Russian and international exhibition program, presentation of the innovative projects, widely  presented innovative ideas.
The best managers' congress, round tables, international business meetings will be holding simultaneously with the forum. There will be considered the actual social and economics problems concerned with modernization.
The aim of the forum is to unite managers, sciences, specialists, politicians and public figures from Russia and abroad, who would take a decision in strategy and socio-economic development of the Russian Federation.
There was created the expert committee with realization the main strategy of the expo forum. The  Chairman of the expert committee of the Forum is A.V. Popov (deputy of the State Duma of the Russian Federation). The main task of the expert committee is to create “the Road Map of Modernization” project. The main subjects of it will be discussed at the forum.
Within the limits of the project will be discussed the following questions:

1. Innovation project: “ The Best Managers of Russia are the team of modernization:”
2. The main principals and fundamental bases of  ISSE (Interactive System of Social Engineering)
3. The primary conceptions of Inter-modernization are the collaboration with other questions at modernization and high technology development.
4. The Investment emissary  bill. The new innovative class will be  appeared, which will introduce and use high technology.

The resolution of the forum must contain the decisions and contractive recommendations at main directions of economic country's live.  The decisions will be used at the RF Government and the State Duma, at annual President's message to the  RF Federal Assembly.
